You are not just what you think you are,

that whirlpool of actions, emotions, desires, victories, and defeats.

Do you want to know what you are?

Dive into the calm and peaceful depths of your consciousness.

Now ask: What am I?

The trip of your life

What is a retreat?

A retreat is a practice in itself; it can be spiritual, relaxing, or therapeutic.

The benefits inherent in the simple act of stepping back, removing oneself from external influences to have the opportunity to listen, feel, and ultimately experience directly, without interference, what life is in general and what the self is in particular, can irrevocably change one's perspective or approach to life.

These benefits are compounded by the revelations that arise when, during the retreat, a series of lovingly transmitted spiritual premises or practices are followed so that the retreatant can experience a transcendental transformation.

Our retreats
All our retreats are based on traditional study and practice.

All the courses and retreats you will find here respect the transmission of the lineage from master to student.

The knowledge and practices offered are not only faithful to each school or philosophical movement to which they belong, but have also been put into practice by the guides who teach them.

Our main objective is for each participant to gain a clear and profound understanding of the vision and practice of the spiritual path of the course, to acquire the necessary tools to continue practicing individually, and to know how to integrate the acquired knowledge to face life as it comes without losing calm, with satisfaction, and therefore, free from suffering.

Yoga (Vedantic Yoga)

The basis of the practice comes from the sutras of Patanjali and the eight branches (Ashtanga) explained by the same master within the vision of Raj Yoga. We will study the vision of the Vedanta school and its influence on Yoga, as expounded by masters such as Swami Vivekananda and Swami Sivananda.

Samatha and Vipassana Meditation

This is a meditation course/retreat based on a Buddhist context. We follow in the Buddha's footsteps, following the instructions outlined in the Sati Patthana Sutta and the Dzogchen view. The analytical meditation practice is based on the text's description of the 10 fetters.

Estatua de Buda

Introduction to Buddhism

Study of the concepts, aspects, and main texts of Buddhism from a Mahayana perspective. Covering the three main themes of the Buddhist path.

Ethics as a form of expression; psychology or knowledge of the mind and its constituent factors; and meditation as a way to develop wisdom and compassion.

"The most valuable thing I've learned in this life is everything that allows me to see things as they are, beyond my own limited and conditioned view of them, which is so determined by personal interests. This frees me from the confusion and suffering that comes from believing I'm more important than others and that things happen to me."

Luisa Sánchez.

"Thanks to this course, I was finally able to understand a little about what meditation is (since everyone is talking about it these days, but more from a commercial perspective). I also gained some tools to use in my individual sessions, so I can enjoy meditation daily without outside help."

Monika Sobieszczyk, PL.
